Alma Pichardo serves as Director of Patient Services, bringing extensive healthcare experience, professionalism, and expertise to every aspect of the patient experience. She oversees patient scheduling and the scheduling team, coordinates patient services with field technicians, and ensures patients understand of services, insurance coverage, and the billing process. Alma is experienced in Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer processes and works closely with the COO to support administrative operations and ensure a seamless patient experience.
Known for her kindness, thoroughness, and dedication, Alma is a valued member of the NeuLine Health leadership team. She resides in the McKinney, TX area with her husband, Jorge, and their 2 sons, Leo, her little soccer star, and baby Liam.
