Anita Caballero is an accomplished Operations and HR executive with leadership experience across diverse healthcare settings. She studied HR Management at Dallas Baptist University and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management. Her expertise includes business operations, organizational development, regulatory compliance, workforce management, and strategic growth.

Working closely with the CEO, Anita oversees operations, aligns people and resources with organizational goals, and supports strategic initiatives and continuous improvement. She leads with integrity and a people-centered approach, recognizing the importance of caring for both patients and the teams who serve them. Her healthcare background spans hospital, skilled nursing, primary care, ambulatory EEG, PT/OT/Speech rehabilitation, and dialysis.

Anita resides in McKinney, TX, with her husband, Ruben, and their two dogs, Noah & Chico, while her daughter, Sydney, pursues her Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
